Brunch Brunch Baby was founded by Dominic, a visionary who left the corporate world to pursue his passion for creating inclusive spaces and unforgettable experiences.

With a vision to build a space that’s as warm and welcoming as the food we serve, Dominic’s journey started with The Koffee Club, an online coffee subscription service. Through dedication, trial and error, and a lot of learning, The Koffee Club quickly grew into a beloved brand, amassing nearly 10,000 followers across social media in just a short time.
Dominic’s story is one of perseverance and resilience. He faced challenges head-on, taking risks and making mistakes along the way. But for every obstacle, he found opportunity, turning each setback into a learning experience. This drive and determination led him to acquire a derelict tea room and transform it into the vibrant and inclusive café we now call Brunch Brunch Baby.
What started as one business has now blossomed into two—Brunch Brunch Baby and The Koffee Club—showcasing Dominic’s entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to growth. Dominic continues to share his journey with his followers on social media, offering behind-the-scenes glimpses, live streams, and insights into the day-to-day life of building a business from the ground up.
His mission remains the same: to create inclusive, welcoming spaces where everyone feels at home. Dominic believes in the power of community, great food, and, of course, exceptional coffee.
